Directions to reach Peltz's Rainbow Retreat; About Us Take the shortest route to St. Germain, Wisconsin. At the intersection of State Highway 70 and County Highway J (east side of St. Germain where the Thunderbird Bar is) follow State Highway J south for approximately 2 1/2 miles. Turn right on North Rainbow Drive and left at the second driveway on your left.
